Working for several consumer product company's over the past thirty years, my number one priority is "The Customer". My favorite policy has always been to take care of your customers and they will appreciate the kindness and caring attitude.
Every sale or or question that a customer has is a chance for great opportunity to make someone happy. If my customers aren't happy, I'm not happy. It is my first and last priority to please my customers and I will always try my best to make my customers feel like they purchased a valuable product at a very fair price.

I will ship any purchase within 24 hours Monday thru Friday except on Holiday's. In those cases I will ship the very first available shipping day which is usually within 48 hours.
I will ship products via US mail, UPS, Federal Express or any other trusted carrier. Shipping methods are at the shippers discretion unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipping.
I insure all products for the value of the purchase, however, because each item is a one-of-a-kind original, the exact product, if lost or damaged beyond repair, a similar product will be made and shipped within two weeks as long as the materials are available. You may also select a different product of the same or lessor value from any product page.
If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase you have made, I will refund or exchange the product for another item similar in design and product value within the first 90 days of original purchase. After 90 days no refunds or exchanges will be made.
If the product is damaged in shipment, you may return the product for repair once I have filled a claim with the carrier and an agreement has been reached. All shipping charges to return a product for exchange will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. Should the product have original defects, and it is determined that the purchaser was not in any way the cause of the defect, shipping charges both directions will be the responsibility of Bird-Feeders-Plus.
It is my priority to work with the customer the best way possible to make you (the customer) happy. I will work with anyone who is not 100% happy with their purchase.
